BRISTOL, Tenn. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Top Fuel at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 10th
annual NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals:

E.T. but McMillen got the the number eight spot based on speed. Langdon is 3 - 0 against McMillen
in prior events. McMillen is out of the gate first on Langdon, but Langdon has the difference made
up by the time they went by the Christmas tree. Both cars with nice clean passes with Langdon
taking the win by 0.0408 seconds (approximately 18 feet).

with the starting line advantage and the lead until around half track when Buff drove around him
and took the win. Troy Buff's MOV: 0.0266 seconds (approximately 12 feet). Buff with the quickest
pass of the round and his fastest pass of the year. Vandergriff with a nice clean pass in the
losing effort.

with a great pass, his quickest of the weekend and the second quickest pass of the round in a

big move on the top end, but still takes the win. Herbert with a big engine explosion right in the
lights.
