Kevin Self has a 0.13 CIC penalty; Arnie Martel has a 0.10 CIC penalty. Martel has eight wins, two this year. Self has one win, the Sportsnationals earlier this year.

Martel gets a big hole-shot and holds off Self to get his third win this year.
