MOHNTON, Pa. - Results of round 3 eliminations in Funny Car at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 19th annual Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals:

Current weather conditions: 59 degrees, 39 percent relative humidity, the barometer 29.98 inches.

Skuza is out of the gate first and then starts to smoke the tires, he pedals it and is back up in smoke. Cruz lost traction just after Skuza did and pedaled it, got it to hook it and then started to blister the tires again and shook the chute out. Skuza was not able to recover in time to catch Cruz.

Densham with the starting line advantage and the lost traction around half track and had the car completely side way before he lifted. Wilkerson with a bracket car here today running low 4.80's all day long. Wilkerson will have lane choice in the final.
