ENNIS, Texas - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 18th annual O'Reilly Fall Nationals presented by Castrol Syntec:

Current weather conditions: 70 degrees, 60 percent relative humidity, the barometer 30.11 inches, with a track temperature of 87 degrees under cloudy skies.

Wilson with a perfect light and the power to hold off the hard charging Johnson for the hole shot win. Gene Wilson's MOV: 0.0143 seconds (approximately 4 feet).

Corvo with the starting line advantage, but Connolly was able to chase him down right at the finish line for the win.

Anderson will have lane choice over Wilson, K Johnson will have lane choice over A Johnson, Connolly will have lane choice over T Coughlin, and J Coughlin will have his choice over Morgan in round two.
