MADISON, Ill. - Results of final, round 4 eliminations in Pro Modified at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 12th annual O'Reilly NHRA Midwest Nationals presented by Castrol:

Pretty much the way it's supposed to work out, we see the #1 and #3 qualifiers lining up for the top prize.

It's a repeat of last year's final here, as it was the same pair in 2007. Hernandez won that one.

Hernandez went about as straight as a Pro Mod ever does, while Pontieri was snaking his way downtrack. That's all it took for Joshua's win, and it even looked like Tony dumped the laundry early.

Even without the win, the Pontieri takes the Pro Mod points lead back to Canada.
