Pedregon jumps out in front at the sixty-foot mark, then starts pulling away. Jackson was on a decent pass, but was falling further behind at every marker.

Burkart gets the jump off the line and hangs on for the first half of the race. Bazemore drives around at that point and pulls away. Whit Bazemore's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.013), 330 ft(-0.014), 660ft(0.008), 1,000ft(0.035). MOV: 0.0498 seconds (approximately 23 feet). Bazemore will have lane choice over Frank Pedregon in the semi-finals.

Scelzi was first off the line but Wilkerson drove around him quickly. Scelzi's car then started charging back, going around Wilkerson at the 330 and taking the win. Gary Scelzi's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.004), 330 ft(0.006), 660ft(0.022), 1,000ft(0.041). MOV: 0.0686 seconds (approximately 31 feet).

Worsham gives up the hole-shot and it cost him. Pedregon increases his lead for the first 330 feet, then Worsham starts making up ground. The difference at the line proves to be too much, Pedregon hangs on for the win but will give up lane choice to Scelzi in the semi-finals. Tony Pedregon's incremental margins: 60ft(0.013), 330 ft(0.045), 660ft(0.037), 1,000ft(0.025). MOV: 0.0112 seconds (approximately 5 feet).
