MORRISON, Colo. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 27th annual Mopar Mile-High NHRA Nationals:

Weather conditions: air temperature 93 degrees, relative humidity 24 percent, barometer 24.87 inches,adjusted altitude 7,939 feet, track temperature 133 degrees.

Edwards holds six to three advantage in head to head match ups. They both prestage and then both take their sweet time staging and finally Edwards goes in first. Edwards was too quick on the tree and turned on the red light giving Stevens the freebie.

Lee making his first start since Pomona 2 of 2002. Lee was too quick on the tree and gives Anderson the freebie and then Anderson runs the quickest pass of the first round.

Enders took her time staging, and then Krisher is out of the gate first and never looks back. Krisher will give up lane choice to Anderson in the next round.
