ENNIS, Texas - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 20th annual O'Reilly NHRA Fall Nationals presented by Castrol Syntec:

Weather conditions: air temperature 68 degrees, relative humidity 39 percent, barometer 29.82 inches, adjusted altitude 856 feet, track temperature 96 degrees.

Pawuk with the starting line advantage, but WJ had it made up in the first 60 feet, and with his second best pass of the weekend drove away for the win by about five feet.

For the second race in a row Connolly was too quick on the tree and turned on the red light. Johnson is lucky here as he gets real loose and and has to lift. Johnson will give up lane choice to Coughlin in the next round.

Smith is out of the gate first, but Enders had the difference made up by 150 feet and drove away with the second quickest pass of the session. After that horrific wreck on Friday night Allen was not able to return for round one, but is out of the hospital and at home recovering. Anderson with the quickest pass of the session and lane choice against WJ in the next round.

This was good looking drag race with Stanfield out of the gate first, but Krisher had the difference made up by 60 feet. Krisher with the win light and will give up lane choice to Enders in round two. Ron Krisher's incremental margins: 60ft(0.015), 330 ft(0.021), 660ft(0.010), 1,000ft(0.005). MOV: 0.0056 seconds (approximately 20 inches).
