Tony Pedregon Hits The Chutes

Tony Pedregon ran a partially-decaled silver and green body during Friday and Saturday's test
sessions, then switched to this unpainted backup with the green "tail feathers" from the new car
for Sunday and Monday's action. Pedregon made several solid runs, with a best of 4.771 at
316.67 mph, often getting down the tricky Firebird International Raceway strip when most others
were struggling with tire shake.
