Gwynn/Steinbrenner crew chief Ken Veney showed the drag racing world that
almost a year away hasn't dulled the skills. On only the second run after
rejoining the NHRA tour, Mike Dunn wheeled the NY Yankees machine to the
quickest pass of the year, 4.530 at 322 mph.
