Al Hofmann
Mon, 28 May 2001, 01:35 PM
Al Hofmann had a blower explosion right on the starting line in the first
Saturday qualifying session and blew the body off. When it came down, it
did so literally right on top of him. They had the damage repaired in time
to make the next session, but couldn't quite muster enough to make the
field.
