Ed Marx
Mon, 28 May 2001, 12:57 PM
Ed Marx qualified 4th in Federal Mogul Funny Car and could very well have
been in the final instead of Jay Payne. In his semi-final match with Payne,
he strapped a whopping .404 to .546 holeshot on Payne and had him covered
until he hurt the motor and slowed to a 6.07.
