Fri, 27 Aug 2004, 11:33 AM
Gene Allen launches his SS/PCA-1 '63 Belvedere on a qualifying run at Norwalk Raceway Park.
Short's unique entry started life as a steel-bodied sedan. Gene's car looks great, but
qualified 85th in the 88-car field.
