Wanda Exxum heats the tires on her '23-T Top Dragster prior to a qualifying attempt at Norwalk
Raceway Park. The car, sporting a new Rotella-T paint job, had a major engine problem at half
track during the second qualifying session, with loud BANGs and flames out both headers.
