This is Cofini's first national event final. He has one divisional event win, winning at Mission, B.C., earlier
this year. Bradshaw won the Summer Nationals at Topeka this year for his only national event title. Cofini comes in
to this round with lane choice. He just needs to do what he's been doing and hope Bradshaw doesn't lay down another
twenty.Cofini lost the blower belt before half-track, but it didn't matter as Bradshaw was driving away from him.
So, Bradshaw makes the fourth quickest run ever in the second round, but is unable to set the record. At this point,
I don't think he cares. Great run for the Odessa, Texas driver.
