Edward Carecci's 220 mph Top Dragster crashed Saturday at Maryland International Raceway during a qualifying attempt. The car came
down hard after a huge wheelstand, hit the right wall, then slid on its side across to hit the left wall before stopping. Careccia
was uninjured, but the car was badly damaged.
