Kalitta held a 14-9 edge against McClenathan prior to this run. Cory Mac was up in smoke almost immediately and Kalitta made a very nice run, all the way into the finals.

Dixon came in with a 5-3 edge against Millican in prior races and he extended it to 6-3 with a nice, smooth pass, steadily pulling away from Millican. That run also gives him lane choice against Kalitta in the final round.
