CONCORD, N.C. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Modified at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 13th annual DeWalt NHRA Carolina Nationals:

Jackson goes red to give Gray the win. Jackson clicks it off. Gray with the win slows on the top end.

Smith with the starting line, but Wolfe has the lead at the Christmas tree. smith grabs the lead by 300 feet and never trails from there on for the win. After the finish line Wolfe gets real lose and clipped the wall.

Green with a slight starting line advantage, but then got real loose and made a quick move toward the centerline. He crossed it and then came back into his lane collecting one of the blocks.

Castellana is straight down the groove for the win. He will have lane choice over Balduf in the next round.
