Motorsports Industry Veteran, Travis Hilton, Joins Heartland and I-70 Motorsports Parks

The owners of Heartland Motorsports Park in Topeka, Kansas and I-70 Motorsports Park in Odessa, Missouri are pleased to welcome Travis Hilton to its existing management team. Travis brings a life-long involvement within the motorsports field as an accomplished drag racer, Office / Track manager at Woodburn Dragstrip in Oregon and most recently several years as the Services Coordinator for the NHRA Division Five region. He will be involved in the day to day operations of Heartlandís six motorsports tracks as the Track Manger, with a focus on taking the National Event hosting Drag Strip to its next level. This focus will revolve around the NHRA Sportsman Categories, Summit Racing Bracket Series, and development of new events.
Along with this lofty challenge Travis has also accepted the position of General Manger for the newly renovated I-70 Motorsport Park which includes a high bank 3/8 mile Oval Dirt Track and the currently under construction ľ mile Drag Strip. The incredible history of I-70ís oval racing is well known and the new drag strip will certainly add to another chapter going forward. May 30th is the grand opening event for the oval with the World of Outlaws and POWRi Wingless Sprints in action! A to be announced early fall opening date for Central Power Dragway at I-70 Motorsports Park will soon be shared. Fans in the Kansas City metro will once again enjoy exciting Bracket Racing programs as well as Specialty Drag Events in their backyard.
The synergy that will exist between the two premiere facilities of I-70 Motorsports Park and Heartland Motorsports Park will make for an over the top racer and fan experience.
