NGK Spark Plug NHRA Four-Wide Nationals Fact Sheet

CONCORD, N.C. --

The 10th annual NGK Spark Plug NHRA Four-Wide Nationals, the sixth of 24 events in the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series. Drivers in four categories - Top Fuel, Funny Car and Pro Stock Motorcycle - earn points leading to 2019 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series world championships. Competition also will be featured in the NHRA Lucas Oil Series and the E3 Spark Plugs NHRA Pro Mod Series.

WHERE: zMAX Dragway - Track is located on Hwy 29 off I-85 at exit 49 (Speedway Blvd.) in the Concord, N.C. area.

WHEN: Friday through Sunday, April 26-28

SCHEDULE:
FRIDAY, April 26
LUCAS OIL SERIES qualifying at 1:00 and 5:30 p.m.
E3 SPARK PLUGS NHRA PRO MOD SERIES qualifying at 4:00 and 7:00 p.m.
MELLO YELLO SERIES qualifying at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.

SATURDAY, April 27
LUCAS OIL SERIES qualifying at 12:00 p.m. and eliminations at 3:00 p.m.
E3 SPARK PLUGS NHRA PRO MOD SERIES qualifying at 1:30 and 3:55p.m.
MELLO YELLO SERIES qualifying at 2:00 and 4:15 p.m.

SUNDAY, April 28
Pre-race ceremonies, 11:00 a.m.
MELLO YELLO SERIES eliminations begin at 12:00 p.m.

TELEVISION:
Friday, April 26, FOX Sports 1 (FS1), will televise one hour of qualifying coverage at 8:00 p.m. ET
Saturday, April 27, FOX Sports 1 (FS1), will televise one hour of qualifying coverage at 10:00 p.m. ET
Sunday, April 28, FOX Sports 1 (FS1), will televise three hours of finals coverage at 6:00 p.m. ET
