TULSA, Okla. - Notes from round 3 qualifying in Pro Extreme at the 2017 Professional Drag Racers Association Tour, PDRA Summer Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:
Left Lane: John Zappia Runs 3.695/205.07, Now #3; Best prior run: 4.219/137.81, Was #5
Right Lane: Mike Recchia Runs 3.635/201.22, Now #1; Best prior run: 3.704/208.55, Was #2

Zappia with a great pass after struggle in the first two sessions to go to the number three spot. John Zappia's incremental times: 60ft-0.937 sec., 330ft-2.488.

Recchia launched hard and kept it hooked up to go to the number one spot. Mike Recchia's incremental times: 60ft-0.938 sec., 330ft-2.449.

Left Lane: Brandon Lewis Runs 3.747/204.20, Now #5; Best prior run: 4.570/114.20, Was #7
Right Lane: Frankie Taylor Runs 3.702/206.57, Now #4; Best prior run: 5.375/104.65, Was #8

This was a great side-by-side drag race...

Lewis moves up the ladder two spots with his quickest pass of the day to the number five spot. Brandon Lewis' incremental times: 60ft-0.946 sec., 330ft-2.536.

Taylor with a great pass to go to the number four spot. Frankie Taylor's incremental times: 60ft-0.930 sec., 330ft-2.502.

Left Lane: Jon Stouffer Runs 3.795/198.79, Now #6; Best prior run: 3.829/197.02, Was #6
Right Lane: Mattias Wulcan Runs 3.614/209.88, Now #1; Best prior run: 3.666/209.20, Was #2

Stouffer with another good looking pass with his quickest pass of the day, but stays in the number six spot. Jon Stouffer's incremental times: 60ft-0.968 sec., 330ft-2.552.

Wulcan launched hard and kept it hooked to go back to the number one spot. Mattias Wulcan's incremental times: 60ft-0.923 sec., 330ft-2.437.

Left Lane: Jose Gonzales Runs 5.232/86.54, Now #8; Best prior run: 4.298/124.29, Was #8
Right Lane: John Stanley Runs 5.565/85.88, Now #7; Best prior run: 3.864/198.44, Was #7

Gonzales with severe tire shake right at the hit and clicks it off.

Stanley shook right at the hit and clicked it off.
