Green is driving a unique dragster. The cockpit is just behind the front tires.

Left Lane: Fred Hanssen Runs 5.477/261.57, Now #1
Right Lane: Aaron Olivarez Runs 5.779/232.07, Now #2
Olivarez' dragster had a serious fuel leak when they started the engine but the crew scrambled and got it under control. He hits the throttle, has a cylinder out on the right side but stayed on the throttle all the way through the run. Hanssen went right down the groove with a decent pass.
Left Lane: Rishi Kanick Runs 5.698/259.51, Now #2
Right Lane: Greg Sereda No Time, Now #5
Sereda shook hard off the line, gets about 100 feet out, bangs the blower and the chute pops out. He comes to a stop before he reaches the end of the track and receives no time. Kanick made a clean straight pass.
Left Lane: Derik Milanesio Runs 5.416/259.36, Now #1
Right Lane: Casey Grisel Runs 9.722/86.54, Now #6
Grisel had traction problems early and had to give up on the run. Milanesio goes right down the groove with a career best to take the top spot for now.
Left Lane: Bill Litton Runs 5.746/249.35, Now #5
Right Lane: Jeff Ashwell Runs 5.607/254.28, Now #3
Ashwell makes a clean pass and moves into the third spot for now. Litton made a decent pass to get in the fifth spot.
Left Lane: Ross Stickler Runs 5.742/252.33, Now #5
Right Lane: Dan Mercier Runs 8.822/94.21, Now #9
Mercier gets about 200 feet out, pedals once, then gives up on the run. Stickler pedaled about the same spot but recovered.
Left Lane: Ashley Sanford No Time, Now #13
Right Lane: Megan McKernan Runs 5.658/257.28, Now #4
McKernan made a decent pass and gets in the fourth spot.
Left Lane: Don St. Arnaud Runs 5.660/262.39, Now #6
Right Lane: John Finke Runs 5.466/249.90, Now #2
St. Arnaud had a hole out on the right side early in the run but stayed on the throttle all the way through the lights. Finke made a clean pass to get in the second spot for now.
Left Lane: Chase Copeland Runs 5.232/270.00, Now #1
Right Lane: Johnny Ahten Runs 5.419/260.26, Now #3
Copeland makes an impressive pass and moves into the top spot. Ahten pedaled once, then looked like he may have lost a cylinder late in the run but he still makes a decent pass and gets in the third spot for now.
Left Lane: Garrett Bateman Runs 5.366/266.27, Now #2
Right Lane: Mike Strasburg Runs 5.691/252.52, Now #10
Bateman keeps the candles lit all the way through the run and moves into the second spot. Strasburg look like he had a cylinder or two out all the way through the run.
Left Lane: Shawn Cowie Runs 8.263/106.18, Now #17
Right Lane: Mark Taliaferro Runs 5.597/256.70, Now #7
Cowie lost traction early in the run and started moving around. The makes a move to the right, then back to the left, getting close to the wall around half track before backing off the throttle. Taliaferro made a clean, straight pass and gets in the seventh spot for now.
Left Lane: Jackie Fricke Runs 7.773/121.17, Now #18
Right Lane: Duane Shields Runs 5.715/219.76, Now #13
Shields was on a decent pass but the pipes went wet about 1000 feet out. Fricke rattled the tires early then backed off the throttle about 800 feet out.
Left Lane: Joey Severance Runs 6.140/163.37, Now #18
Right Lane: Chris Demke Runs 5.325/271.68, Now #2
Severance was on a decent pass, was out in front early, then sounded like he banged the blower past half track. Demke made a clean pass and moves into the second spot to end this session.
