CONCORD, N.C. - Results of round 2 eliminations in Pro Stock Motorcycle at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, Sixth annual Carlyle Tools NHRA Carolina Nationals presented by NAPA Auto Parts:

Pollacheck misses the tree on the wrong side and gives the win to Tonglet. Tonglet makes his quickest pass of the weekend in the win.

Hines is 21 - 8 against Smith in prior events.

Hines gets the hole-shot and makes it stick. Smith starts to pick up ground late in the run but quickly ran out of race track.

Arana gets out of the gate first but Krawiec drives around him quickly. Krawiec stays out in front past the 330 foot mark, then Arana reels him in and goes around for the win.

Hector Arana's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.011), 330 ft(-0.009), 660ft(0.008), 1,000ft(0.019). MOV: 0.0327 seconds (approximately 9 feet).

Arana Jr. gets a big hole-shot and starts to pull away. He makes the quickest pass of the round and hangs on for the win.

In the next round it will be tonglet with lane choice over Hines and Arana Jr. with lane choice over his dad.
