MILLINGTON, Tenn. - Notes from round 2 qualifying in Pro Nitrous at the 2013 ADRL Tour presented by Speedtech, ADRL Memphis Drags IV listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:
Left Lane: John Camp Runs 3.894/190.46, Now #6; Best prior run: 4.760/108.46, Was #10
Right Lane: Lee Adkins Runs 6.422/76.17, Now #12; Best prior run: 5.839/93.55, Was #12

10:33 p.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 76 degrees, relative humidity 84 percent, barometer 29.65 inches, adjusted altitude 2,190 feet, track temperature 86 degrees.

Adkins lost traction early and had to abort the run. Camp made a clean pass and gets in the show in the sixth spot for now.

Left Lane: Pat Bennett Runs 4.014/181.37, Now #11; No Prior Run
Right Lane: John Hall Runs 3.893/195.76, Now #5; Best prior run: 4.566/160.58, Was #10

Hall makes an impressive pass and gets in the top half of the field for now. Bennett makes his first pass and gets in the show in the 11th spot for now.

Left Lane: Mike Hill Runs 3.914/189.28, Now #9; Best prior run: 3.989/183.89, Was #10

Hill makes his quickest pass of the day and moves up a spot to ninth.

Left Lane: Johnny Pilcher Runs 4.026/183.69, Now #12; No Prior Run
Right Lane: Jason Harris Runs 3.845/193.65, Now #2; Best prior run: 3.872/193.79, Was #2

Harris makes another good pass and stays in the second spot. Pilcher was in a bit of a hurry in the first round and left before the tree was activated. He makes a decent pass this time and gets in the show in the 12th spot.

Left Lane: Pat Stoken Runs 5.324/89.90, Now #6; Best prior run: 3.893/192.06, Was #6
Right Lane: Blake Housley Runs 4.856/104.84, Now #13; Best prior run: 5.147/97.24, Was #13

Housley hits the throttle, starts moving to the left, then backs off the throttle about 300 feet out to avoid the centerline. Stoken made a move to the left, then to the right and he backed off the throttle.

Left Lane: Bob Rahaim Runs 3.816/198.41, Now #1; Best prior run: 3.885/192.82, Was #4
Right Lane: Jeff Naiser Runs 3.849/194.10, Now #4; Best prior run: 3.908/191.19, Was #8

Rahaim makes an impressive pass and goes all the way to the top spot for now. Naiser improves and goes to the fourth spot for now.

Left Lane: Mike Castellana Runs 3.871/195.34, Now #3; Best prior run: 3.835/195.05, Was #2
Right Lane: Steve Jackson Runs 3.804/195.31, Now #1; Best prior run: 3.872/193.32, Was #5

Jackson goes right down the groove and moves all the way to the top spot. Castellana makes a decent pass but slows from his earlier attempt.

Right Lane: Tommy Franklin Runs 3.991/183.99, Now #10; Best prior run: 3.930/192.36, Was #10

Franklin drifted to the left, had to pedal once, then went on through with a decent pass.
