HEBRON, Ohio -- Saturday July 13th is the annual Night of Thunder event at National Trail Raceway and for the past several years the Buckeye Stock SuperStock Drag Racing Series had been a part of the show at this popular event.

Since this is one of, if not the biggest event for our series we have upped the winnings. Winner will earn $1200 instead of the usual $1000 and runner up payout will be bumped up from $300 to $400.

All NHRA,IHRA as well as Nostalgia S/S cars from various organizations are welcome.Watch the websites at buckeyerace.com and National Trail Raceway for more information.

Looking forward to another fantastic event with the Buckeye Stock / Super Stock series here at National Trail Raceway during the 26th annual Faslube Night of Thunder event this Saturday.

Here is the anticipated times for the Stock / Super Stock racers on Saturday:

Gates Open (Racers) - 8 AM On Track (Junior Dragsters) - 9 AM

Session 1 of Buckeye Stock / Super Stock - Around 10:45 AM Session 2 of Buckeye Stock / Super Stock - Around 2:30 PM

Round 1 of Buckeye Stock / Super Stock - Around 5:00 PM

After round 1, the rest of the race will run in conjunction with the Night of Thunder Shows (7, 9, and 11). We do have one scheduled round around 10 PM if we need it to finish the race on the final show.

Attached is the run order for the event. Looking forward to everything on Saturday and if anyone wants to leave their trailers here for the LODRS event next week that is possible (might have to move if in a spot we need for what D3 wants).

This should give all of you information to plan the weekend.Also note that he said that trailers can be left there for the Lucas Oil race the folowing weekend.
