5:38 p.m. Matt Smith was in the Pro Stock Motorcycle final at Joliet, had to settle for runner-up. Dad, however, did a little better here with a holeshot win - beating Keen off the line at the green, then running identical ETs. It was close all the way, Keen leading briefly. Rickie Smith's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(0.013), 330 ft(-0.006). MOV: 0.0062 seconds (approximately 21 inches).
