MADISON, Ill. - Notes from round 3 qualifying in X-Treme Pro Mod at the 2013 X-Treme Drag Racing League, X-Treme Gateway Showdown listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:
Left Lane: Dan Stevenson Runs 4.172/177.67, Now #4; Best prior run: 4.214/170.43, Was #4
Right Lane: Kevin Rivenbark Runs 3.935/188.52, Now #1; Best prior run: 3.988/186.90, Was #3

10:03 p.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 82 degrees, relative humidity 46 percent, barometer 29.51 inches, adjusted altitude 2,329 feet, track temperature 103 degrees.

Rivenbark picks up where he left off with another career best speed and ET to move up to the new top spot on a great looking run.

Stevenson took the long way down, with the Camaro drive to the center line and running right next to it to the 660. He stays #4.

Dan Stevenson's incremental times: 60ft-0.997 sec., 330ft-2.778.
Kevin Rivenbark's incremental times: 60ft-0.974 sec., 330ft-2.622.

Left Lane: T.J. Tindle Runs 4.066/185.54, Now #3; Best prior run: 3.967/188.17, Was #3
Right Lane: Ron Muenks Runs 18.114/63.00, Now #2; Best prior run: 3.959/185.38, Was #2

Tindle fights the car off the line and has to pump the pedal. He doesn't improve.

Muenks' engine isn't happy at the green and he has to motor on down the track.

Right Lane: Keith Haney Runs 4.069/178.02, Now #4; Best prior run: 4.372/149.63, Was #5

Haney makes a much better pass this time and moves up off the bottom of the ladder to number four.
