Dallas Raceway Closes, Summit Pro-Am Event to be Moved to New Location

More Details Regarding Division 4 Summit Pro-Am Date to be Announced Shortly

NORWALK, Ohio -- Dallas Raceway in Crandall, Texas will be closing its doors and ceasing operation by May 7, the
track announced on Thursday.
With the closure of Dallas Raceway, IHRA Division 4 Director Frank Kohutek is currently seeking a
new date and venue for the IHRA
Summit Racing Equipment Pro-Am Tour presented by AMSOIL event that was originally scheduled for May
17-19 at the track. The Summit
Team Finals event will also be affected by the news and that event will also be moved to a new
location.
