ROCKINGHAM, N.C. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Aeromotive Fuel Systems Pro Mod at the 2013 ADRL Tour presented by Speedtech, Dragpalooza IX:

12:24 p.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 66 degrees, relative humidity 31 percent, barometer 29.79 inches, adjusted altitude 960 feet, track temperature 82 degrees.

Jenkins was a no-show after his unprecedented upside-down slide yesterday. According to Jenkins, that was the first time he'd been upside down in a race car.

Linton's car made a hard move toward the wall and he had to lift.

Higginbottham went red, then Matos launched into severe tire shake, the engine going silent. The car rolled about 20 feet and stopped.

Winters left on time, Rivenbark was thinking about something else. That worked out for him, however, because Winters shook and his car danced, allowing Rivenbank to go by for the win, running his best ET of the event.

Tindle had the starting line advantage and led past half track, but Lang ran him down on the top end for the win.

Kenny Lang's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.008), 330 ft(-0.026). MOV: 0.0153 seconds (approximately 4 feet).

Houck was tardy, then his car shook the tires and he threw in the towel early in the run. Howard got an easy win, but won't have lane choice when he faces Lang in round two.

Farber was too eager, by a thousandth, and Hance got the win light on an off-pace run. He will not have lane choice against Rivenbark in round two.

Smith took his time staging after Satterfield was fully staged, but Satterfield had the better light, by a bunch. However, his car immediately got very loose, fishtailing a few times before he tamed it down and Smith had a big lead by the time they went 60 feet. He will have lane choice against Matos in round two.
