altitude 960 feet, track temperature 82 degrees.Jenkins was a no-show after his unprecedented upside-down slide yesterday.
According to Jenkins, that was the first time he'd been upside down in a race car.
Linton's car made a hard move toward the wall
and he had to lift.

Smith took his time staging after Satterfield was fully staged, but Satterfield had the better light, by a bunch. However, his
car immediately got very loose, fishtailing a few times before he tamed it down and Smith had a big lead by the time they went 60
feet. He will have lane choice against Matos in round two.
