Dixon is out of the gate first and then they run identical E.T.s and mph, so Dixon wins on a hole shot. This is only the fifth time in the history of the sport the two drivers have identical E.T.s and mphs. Schumacher was involved in that last one and that was last year against Morgan Lucas in Houston. Larry Dixon's MOV: 0.0171 seconds (approximately 8 feet). Tony Schumacher's incremental times: 60ft-0.851 sec., 330ft-2.163, 660ft-3.072/278.00 mph.
Larry Dixon's incremental times: 60ft-0.839 sec., 330ft-2.145, 660ft-3.069/274.55 mph. Dixon will have lane choice in the final.
