POMONA, Calif. - Results of round 3 eliminations in Funny Car at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 45th annual Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals:

Force Hood and Capps are dead-even against each other, 6-6 overall and 1-1 in semifinal rounds. Capps had lane choice, by two thousandths.

Capps had a nice starting line advantage, but started spinning the tires and dropping cylinders in the first 200 feet. Force Hood went right down the groove with no apparent problems.

Wilkerson holds a 9-4 record against Neff, but they are 1-1 in semifinal rounds. No matter who wins, it will be an all-Ford final round.

Wilkerson was up in smoke in the first 100 feet and it will be an all-JFR final round, with Force Hood choosing the lanes.
