POMONA, Calif. - Results of final, round 4 eliminations in Funny Car at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 44th annual Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals:

Capps is 17 - 14 against Pedregon in prior events and Capps is 2 - 1 against Pedregon in prior final rounds. This is the second final round of the season for Capps and is last event title was at St. Louis in 2007. C.Ped has the season title in the bag and now looks to close it out in style. Capps was late...no other way to say it. Pedregon wins the event title on a holeshot to close out a great season for both he and his team.
