KENT, Wash. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 19th annual Schuck's Auto Supply NHRA Nationals presented by Lucas Oil:

This is Yates 300th career start. A couple great lights but Stevens wins it wire to wire. Richie Stevens' MOV: 0.0598 seconds (approximately 18 feet).

WJ with a great light and never looked back to take the win light. Connolly with problems around half track and clicked it off.

Morgan is out of the gate first and then had a little wiggle off the starting line. Morgan with enough power to hold on for the hole shot win. Morgan will give up lane choice to WJ in the next round.

They leave together and then it is all Johnson with a great run. Johnson with the second quickest pass of the session.

Line is too quick on the tree and he turns on the red light. Line with the quickest pass of the session and he is on the trailer with his teammate. Naylor broke right off the starting line and coasted on through the 1320 for the win light. He will give up lane choice to Stevens in the next round.
