Pro Stock Qualifying Notes, Session #3

ROCKINGHAM, N.C. - Notes from round 3 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, Inaugural NHRA Nationals at The Rock listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Stephen Bell Runs 6.505/211.27, Now #10; Best prior run: 6.571/211.57, Was #14

Weather conditions: air temperature 76 degrees, relative humidity 37 percent, barometer 29.95 inches, adjusted altitude 1,872 feet, track temperature 104 degrees.

Bell is straight down the groove with his quickest pass to move up the ladder four spots.

Left Lane: Erica Enders Runs 6.534/210.58, Now #12; Best prior run: 6.536/210.87, Was #12
Right Lane: Kenny Delco Runs 12.491/70.64, Now #13; Best prior run: 6.543/209.69, Was #13

Enders is straight down the groove with her quickest pass, but stays in the number 12 spot.

Delco with severe shake right at the hit and clicked it off.

Left Lane: Eric Latino Runs 6.542/209.99, Now #7; Best prior run: 6.490/210.87, Was #7
Right Lane: Aaron Stanfield Runs 6.515/210.18, Now #11; Best prior run: 6.523/211.76, Was #11

Latino with another good pass, but will not improve.

Stanfield kept it hooked up to make hia quickest pass of the weekend, but stays in the number 11 spot.

Left Lane: Troy Coughlin Jr. Runs 6.525/209.50, Now #9; Best prior run: 6.493/212.36, Was #9
Right Lane: Jeg Coughlin Runs 6.508/211.37, Now #6; Best prior run: 6.490/211.67, Was #6

Troy Coughlin Jr. is straight down the groove with another good pass, but will not improve.

Jeg kept it hooked up with a good pas, but will not improve.

Left Lane: Matt Hartford Runs 6.512/211.47, Now #1; Best prior run: 6.476/212.87, Was #1
Right Lane: Greg Stanfield Runs 6.510/211.17, Now #5; Best prior run: 6.489/211.47, Was #5

Hartford is straight down the groove with a good pass.

Stanfield kept it hooked up, he will not improve, but make the third quickest pass of the session.

Left Lane: Cody Anderson Runs 6.485/209.89, Now #5; Best prior run: 6.491/209.99, Was #8
Right Lane: Matt Latino Runs 6.492/211.47, Now #3; Best prior run: 6.479/211.67, Was #3

Anderson launched hard and kept it hooked up to make the quickest pass of the round. He makes his quickest pass of the weekend to go to the number five spot.

Latino with another good pass, the second quickest of the round.
