Pro Stock Qualifying Notes, Session #1

MARTIN, Mich. - Notes from round 1 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, Inaugural NHRA Great Lakes Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time, top speed, and position in order following run:

Left Lane: Shane Tucker Runs 24.269/31.33, Now #1
Right Lane: Deric Kramer No Time, Now #2

Weather conditions: air temperature 70 degrees, relative humidity 65 percent, barometer 30.27 inches, adjusted altitude 1,723 feet.

Tucker with severe tire shake right at the hit and clicked it off.

Kramer with severe tire shake and came to a stop on the track.

Left Lane: Kenny Delco Runs 6.590/208.72, Now #1
Right Lane: Eric Latino Runs 17.465/70.84, Now #2

Delco kept it hooked up to make a good looking pass.

Latino shook and clicked it off.

Left Lane: Troy Coughlin Jr. Runs 12.301/93.95, Now #3
Right Lane: Cody Anderson Runs 6.531/207.85, Now #1

Coughlin Jr. made a move toward the wall and clicked it off.

Anderson kept it hooked up and straight down the groove to go to the number one spot.

Left Lane: Aaron Stanfield Runs 16.598/72.92, Now #5
Right Lane: Jeg Coughlin Runs 6.561/210.38, Now #2

Stanfield shook and clicked it off.

Coughlin is straight down the groove to the number two spot.

Left Lane: Matt Latino Runs 6.538/209.50, Now #2
Right Lane: Erica Enders Runs 6.545/21.04, Now #3

A pair of good looking passes, they both had perfect reaction times.

Latino kept it hooked up to go to the number two spot.

Enders is straight down the groove to the number three spot.

Left Lane: Matt Hartford Runs 6.516/209.79, Now #1
Right Lane: Greg Stanfield Runs 6.534/209.59, Now #3

Hartford launched hard and kept it hooked up to go to the number one spot.

Stanfield is straight down the groove to the number three spot.

Left Lane: Greg Anderson Runs 6.521/209.11, Now #2
Right Lane: Dallas Glenn Runs 6.529/209.99, Now #3

Anderson is straight down the groove to the number two spot.

Glenn with a good pass to the number three spot.
