BRAINERD, Minn. - Notes from final, round 4 qualifying in Funny Car at the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, 44th annual NHRA Brainerd Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Jim Campbell Runs 9.884/87.85, Now #14; Best prior run: 4.297/215.93, Was #14

Weather conditions: air temperature 72 degrees, relative humidity 47 percent, barometer 30.10 inches, adjusted altitude 2,530 feet, track temperature 110 degrees.

Campbell is up in smoke right at the hit and clicked it off.

Left Lane: Chad Green Runs 3.985/322.50, Now #11; Best prior run: 3.972/318.99, Was #11

Green got the car to stick and was straight down the groove with a clean pass.

Left Lane: Alexis DeJoria Runs 3.915/326.08, Now #7; Best prior run: 3.927/324.83, Was #9

DeJoria launched hard and kept it hooked up to make her quickest pass of the weekend. she moves into the top half of the show.

Left Lane: Jordan Vandergriff Runs 3.879/323.50, Now #1; Best prior run: 3.917/320.05, Was #8
Right Lane: Spencer Hyde Runs 6.325/104.06, Now #12; Best prior run: 3.988/284.93, Was #12

Vandergriff kept it hooked up and hitting on all eight to go to the number one spot. Jordan Vandergriff's incremental times: 60ft-0.869 sec., 330ft-2.232, 660ft-3.137/287.84 mph.

Hyde drives into tire smoke and clicked it off.

Capps starts to spin the tires around half track and clicks it off.

Beckman with a great pass early, but started to spin the tires around half track and clicked it off early.

Richards with another good pass, but will not improve.

Wilkerson is straight down the groove with another good pass.

Hagan kept it hooked up with another good pass, but will not improve.

Prock kept it hooked up and make the third quickest pass of the session. He will start Sunday from the number three spot. Austin Prock's incremental times: 60ft-0.885 sec., 330ft-2.261, 660ft-3.187/282.95 mph.

Todd is straight down the groove with good looking pass.
