BRAINERD, Minn. - Notes from round 3 qualifying in Top Fuel at the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, 44th annual NHRA Brainerd Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Keith Murt Runs 3.915/314.31, Now #14; Best prior run: 3.935/305.77, Was #14

Weather conditions: air temperature 70 degrees, relative humidity 54 percent, barometer 30.11 inches, adjusted altitude 2,351 feet, track temperature 103 degrees.

Murt is drifting out of the groove, but he stays with it to make his quickest pass of the weekend.

Schumacher kept it hooked up and hitting on all eight to move into the top half of the show.

gordon launched hard and kept it hooked up make her career quickest pass to go to the number one spot. Maddi Gordon's incremental times: 60ft-0.843 sec., 330ft-2.122, 660ft-2.982/298.01 mph.
