ENNIS, Texas - Results of round 2 eliminations in Funny Car at the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, 40th annual Texas NHRA FallNationals:

Beckman is 8 - 0 against Wilkerson in prior events.
A good side-by-side, both down the groove with clean, straight passes.
Wilkerson gets the advantage off of the line and extends his lead all the way through the run.

Daniel Wilkerson's incremental margins: 60ft(0.026), 330 ft(0.052), 660ft(0.069). MOV: 0.0800 seconds (approximately 38 feet).

Prock and Hyde have each won 1 times against the other in prior events.
Prock is the current points leader and he has a chance to really extend his lead with both Hagan and Beckman out of the race.

Hyde gets out of the gate first, stays in front to the 60 foot mark, then he gets about 200 feet out and strikes the tires. Prock goes around hyde and pulls away for the win with another good pass.

Green gets the holeshot but Lee gets around him quickly. Lee gets about 150 feet out, strikes the tires and has to give up on the run. Green goes down the groove with a good pass and takes the win.
Chad Green's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.023), 330 ft(0.169), 660ft(1.181). MOV: 2.7000 seconds (more than 100 feet).

Prock will have lane choice over Green in the next round.

Capps is 54 - 30 against Pedregon in prior events.
Capps gets out of the gate first and starts pulling away. Pedregon gets about 300 feet out and loses traction and falls behind further. Capps starts moving left, then crosses the centerline after he goes through the lights.
