ENNIS, Texas - Results of round 1 eliminations in JEGS Allstars Top Alcohol Dragster at the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, 40th annual Texas NHRA FallNationals:

Weather conditions: air temperature 84 degrees, relative humidity 41 percent, barometer 30.12 inches, adjusted altitude 2,495 feet.
Matthew Cummings is representing North Central Region. This is his third Jegs All-Star. Currently tied for the lead with reigning champ Shawn Cowie, he's got four wins in five final rounds this season.
Julie Nataas is representing Central Region. This is her sixth Jegs All-Star. She has won the last four years, plus in 2020.

Nataas with the starting line advantage, but is up in smoke right at the hit. Cummings then started to lose traction. He pedaled it and got it to hook up enough to get the win

This is John Ausherman first Jegs All-Star. He is representing the East Region. He went to the final round of the East Region event at Lebanon Valley Dragway earlier this season.
Joey Severance is representing West Region. This is his 13th Jegs All-Star. He has four wins and three runner-ups. He's also got a pair of wins this season.

Ausherman with the starting line advantage, but Severance had the difference made up by the time they went by the Christmas tree and never trailed from there on for the win.

This is Jackie Fricke's fourth Jegs All-Star and she has one win. She is representing the East Region She's already got three wins in seven final rounds this season.
Jared Dreher is representing North Central Region. This is his fourth Jegs All-Star.

Dreher with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. He will have lane choice over Cummings in the semifinal.
