Prolube Oil will directly support racers at the 2025 WDRA Summit World Championships by sponsoring the Free $5K Sportsman Gamblers Race.

NORWALK, Ohio -- Prolube Oil joins forces with the World Drag Racing Alliance (WDRA) as the class sponsor for the Free $5,000-to-win Sportsman Gamblers Race contested at the WDRA Summit World Championships.

Partnering with a drag racing sanctioning body is a full-circle moment for Prolube Oil founder Paul Wireman, who owned and operated Riverside Dragstrip & Speedway for fourteen years, beginning in 1964. The talented Summit Sportsman Drag Racing Series racers who qualify to compete at the year-end WDRA Summit World Championships will be able to warm up for the main event by participating in $5K Gamblers Races for each class. Prolube Oil will sponsor the Sportsman class for the 2025 season. The WDRA Summit World Championships are scheduled for October 23-25, 2025, at Montgomery International Dragway.
