LAS VEGAS - Notes from round 1 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, 24th annual Ford Performance NHRA Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time, top speed, and position in order following run:

Right Lane: Joey Grose Runs 7.531/125.13, Now #1

Weather conditions: air temperature 67 degrees, relative humidity 20 percent, barometer 29.92 inches, adjusted altitude 3,071 feet.

This is his sixth race of the season. He clicked it off early and had the chutes out early.

Left Lane: Derrick Reese Runs 10.962/80.43, Now #3
Right Lane: Camrie Caruso Runs 6.633/203.55, Now #1

Reese shook and clicked it off.

Caruso is straight down the groove.

Left Lane: Cory Reed Runs 6.631/205.57, Now #1
Right Lane: Kenny Delco Runs 6.671/205.22, Now #3

Reed is straight down the groove with a good, clean pass.

Delco with a good pass to start the weekend.

Right Lane: David Cuadra Runs 6.605/206.51, Now #1

Cuadra Jr. with a good clean pass to go to the number four spot.

Cuadra with a great pass, straight down the groove to the number one spot. David Cuadra's incremental times: 60ft-0.981 sec., 330ft-2.752, 660ft-4.238/165.27 mph, 1,000ft-5.521.

Hartford with a good clean pass to get into the top half of show.

Coughlin is straight down the groove to go to the number four spot.

These two are side-by-side all the way down the track.

Anderson kept it hooked up and goes to the number two spot. Greg Anderson's incremental times: 60ft-0.979 sec., 330ft-2.756, 660ft-4.245/164.49 mph, 1,000ft-5.530.
