ENNIS, Texas - Notes from round 2 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 38th annual Texas NHRA FallNationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Kenny Delco Runs 7.401/161.99, Now #22; Best prior run: 10.240/94.72, Was #21
Right Lane: Val Smeland Runs 6.568/210.61, Now #13; Best prior run: 14.365/67.11, Was #22

Weather conditions: air temperature 72 degrees, relative humidity 43 percent, barometer 29.91 inches, adjusted altitude 1,801 feet, track temperature 88 degrees.

Delco with tire shake right at the hit and pedaled it.

Smeland is straight down the groove with his quickest pass this season to go to the number 13 spot. Val Smeland's incremental times: 60ft-0.987 sec., 330ft-2.748, 660ft-4.220/167.06 mph, 1,000ft-5.496.

Cristian Cuadra launched hard and kept it hooked up to make his career quickest pass to go to the number three spot. Cristian Cuadra's incremental times: 60ft-0.957 sec., 330ft-2.701, 660ft-4.163/168.12 mph, 1,000ft-5.431.

Fernando Jr. kept it hooked up and makes his quickest pass of the season and ties his career best E.T. Fernando Cuadra Jr.'s incremental times: 60ft-0.970 sec., 330ft-2.720, 660ft-4.184/167.73 mph, 1,000ft-5.451.

Tucker launched hard and was straight down the groove with his career quickest and fastest to go to the number four spot. Jerry Tucker's incremental times: 60ft-0.972 sec., 330ft-2.719, 660ft-4.178/168.62 mph, 1,000ft-5.442.

Glenn with a good clean pass to get in the top half of the show.
