POMONA, Calif. - Notes from round 2 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 56th annual Auto Club NHRA Finals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:
Right Lane: Bo Butner Runs 6.653/206.45, Now #11; Best prior run: 16.368/103.70, Was #15

Weather conditions: air temperature 85 degrees, relative humidity 17 percent, barometer 30.07 inches, adjusted altitude 2,959 feet, track temperature 106 degrees.

Butner made a move to the right, he pulled it back into the groove and goes to the number 11 spot. Bo Butner's incremental times: 60ft-0.990 sec., 330ft-2.772, 660ft-4.270/164.13 mph, 1,000ft-5.563.

Left Lane: John Callahan Runs 6.969/204.08, Now #16; No Prior Run
Right Lane: Alan Prusiensky Runs 6.732/206.48, Now #13; Best prior run: 11.215/97.02, Was #15

Callahan made a quick move toward the wall, he reeled it in. He is in the show on the bubble.

Prusiensky kept it hooked up all the way down the track to move up the ladder two spots.

Left Lane: Marty Robertson Runs 11.456/83.68, Now #17; Best prior run: 22.614/38.12, Was #17
Right Lane: Troy Coughlin Jr. Runs 6.713/183.67, Now #12; Best prior run: 6.822/171.58, Was #15

Robertson with severe tire shake right at the hit and pushed in the clutch.

Coughlin Jr. is straight down the groove and clicks it off early.

Left Lane: Cristian Cuadra Runs 6.623/206.54, Now #10; Best prior run: 6.776/180.14, Was #15
Right Lane: Steve Graham Runs 20.673/40.59, Now #11; Best prior run: 6.648/208.42, Was #10

Cuadra kept it hooked up and was straight down the groove to go to the number 10 spot. Cristian Cuadra's incremental times: 60ft-0.988 sec., 330ft-2.777, 660ft-4.248/165.11 mph, 1,000ft-5.537.

Graham with severe tire shake and clicks it off.

Left Lane: Aaron Stanfield Runs 6.592/204.98, Now #6; Best prior run: 6.721/179.37, Was #14
Right Lane: Chris McGaha Runs 9.029/105.24, Now #10; Best prior run: 6.620/208.10, Was #9

Stanfield launched hard and kept it hooked up to move into the top half of the show. Aaron Stanfield's incremental times: 60ft-0.990 sec., 330ft-2.766, 660ft-4.230/166.50 mph, 1,000ft-5.510.

McGaha rattled the tires and moved toward the centerline before he pushed in the clutch.

Left Lane: Deric Kramer Runs 6.601/208.65, Now #8; Best prior run: 6.594/208.49, Was #8
Right Lane: Kenny Delco Runs 6.608/209.79, Now #9; Best prior run: 6.617/209.59, Was #9

Kramer with another good pass, but will not improve. Deric Kramer's incremental times: 60ft-0.980 sec., 330ft-2.752, 660ft-4.235/165.62 mph, 1,000ft-5.520.

Delco is straight down the groove with a good pass. He makes a better pass than yesterday, but will stay in the number nine spot. Kenny Delco's incremental times: 60ft-0.990 sec., 330ft-2.770, 660ft-4.253/166.23 mph, 1,000ft-5.532.

Left Lane: Mason McGaha No Time, Now #6; Best prior run: 6.589/208.10, Was #5
Right Lane: Matt Hartford Runs 6.589/209.23, Now #4; Best prior run: 6.594/208.62, Was #7

McGaha can't get the car to start...

Hartford launched hard and kept it hooked up to make his quickest pass. He goes to the number four spot based on his faster speed. Matt Hartford's incremental times: 60ft-0.988 sec., 330ft-2.755, 660ft-4.235/166.11 mph, 1,000ft-5.512.

Left Lane: Erica Enders Runs 6.607/208.04, Now #5; Best prior run: 6.589/209.04, Was #5
Right Lane: Dallas Glenn Runs 6.580/209.33, Now #2; Best prior run: 6.584/208.59, Was #3

Enders with another good pass, but will not improve. Erica Enders' incremental times: 60ft-0.983 sec., 330ft-2.755, 660ft-4.239/165.50 mph, 1,000ft-5.525.

Glenn launched hard, he is straight down the groove. He moves up the ladder one spot. Dallas Glenn's incremental times: 60ft-0.977 sec., 330ft-2.740, 660ft-4.220/165.50 mph, 1,000ft-5.501.

Left Lane: Kyle Koretsky Runs 6.571/208.49, Now #2; Best prior run: 6.584/208.71, Was #3
Right Lane: Greg Anderson Runs 6.558/209.85, Now #1; Best prior run: 6.566/210.21, Was #1

This is a great side-by-side drag race.

Koretsky was straight down the groove to go to the number two spot. Kyle Koretsky's incremental times: 60ft-0.973 sec., 330ft-2.737, 660ft-4.215/166.17 mph, 1,000ft-5.494.

Anderson launched hard and improves on his number one qualifying E.T. Greg Anderson's incremental times: 60ft-0.968 sec., 330ft-2.731, 660ft-4.209/166.21 mph, 1,000ft-5.484.
