MADISON, Ill. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Top Fuel at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 10th annual NHRA Midwest Nationals:

Weather conditions: air temperature 68 degrees, relative humidity 59 percent, barometer 30.07 inches, adjusted altitude 1,322 feet, track temperature 85 degrees.

Spencer Massey and Antron Brown are 16 - 16 against each other. When these two meet Spencer "leaves first" 61% of the time.

Brown with the starting line advantage and runs his quickest pass of the weekend for the win.

Massey was on a good pass until the car went silent on the top end.

Josh Hart is 2 - 1 against Ashley.

Both of his wins came in the semi-final round of a race that Hart won (Gainesville and Charlotte).

Hart with the starting line advantage, but Ashley had the lead by time they went by the Christmas tree and the lead until just past half track. Ashley got real loose and Hart drove around him and takes the win.

Hart with his quickest pass of the weekend, but will give up lane choice to Force in the next round.
