Torrence with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. Torrence is advancing to his 12th career final and his second this season.

Force had a cylinder out early and then the engine started eating itself up on the top end.

Torrence is 6 - 0 against Ashley in prior events.

Ashley with the starting line advantage, but then started to haze the tires. he pedaled it and got it to hook up but was dropping cylinders. Torrence started to smoke the tires, he pedaled it, back up in smoke and pedaled it again. Ashley chased him down right in the light for the win. He will give up lane choice to Torrence in the final. Ashley is advancing to his third career final round and second this year.
