BROWNSBURG, Ind. - Notes from round 1 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 67th annual Dodge//SRT NHRA U.S. Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time, top speed, and position in order following run:
Left Lane: Larry Morgan Runs 6.791/203.77, Now #1
Right Lane: Bob Benza Runs 13.494/62.64, Now #2

Weather conditions: air temperature 74 degrees, relative humidity 58 percent, barometer 30.04 inches, adjusted altitude 2,376 feet.

Morgan is in Richie Stevens car this weekend because he had to stay home and take care of his business after the hurricane last weekend. Morgan is in a Pro Stock car for the first time since Las Vegas 2 in 2017. He launches hard and keeps it straight down the groove. Larry Morgan's incremental times: 60ft-1.026 sec., 330ft-2.849, 660ft-4.367/161.07 mph, 1,000ft-5.684.

Benza is at his third race this season and first since Epping. He shakes and pushes in the clutch.

Left Lane: Rodger Brogdon Runs 6.631/205.88, Now #1
Right Lane: Bruno Massel Runs 6.682/206.07, Now #2

Brogdon is at his third race this season. He was straight down the groove to the number one spot. Rodger Brogdon's incremental times: 60ft-0.995 sec., 330ft-2.765, 660ft-4.251/164.87 mph, 1,000ft-5.540.

Massel is at his fourth race this season. He is straight down the groove to the number two spot. Bruno Massel's incremental times: 60ft-1.004 sec., 330ft-2.804, 660ft-4.301/164.55 mph, 1,000ft-5.593.

Left Lane: Fernando Cuadra Runs 16.943/77.59, Now #6
Right Lane: Cristian Cuadra Runs 6.696/204.82, Now #3

Fernando has problems with the burnout and then shakes right at the hit and pushes the clutch back in.

Cristian with a good clean pass. Cristian Cuadra's incremental times: 60ft-1.004 sec., 330ft-2.792, 660ft-4.295/163.55 mph, 1,000ft-5.597.

Left Lane: Fernando Cuadra Jr. Runs 6.644/205.69, Now #3
Right Lane: Kenny Delco Runs 6.598/208.55, Now #1

Cuadra Jr. with a good pass...

Delco launched hard and kept it hooked up to go to the number one spot. Kenny Delco's incremental times: 60ft-0.983 sec., 330ft-2.757, 660ft-4.240/166.11 mph, 1,000ft-5.519.

Left Lane: Chris McGaha Runs 6.629/207.30, Now #2
Right Lane: Deric Kramer Runs 6.632/207.37, Now #4

This was good looking side-by-side drag race.

McGaha kept it hooked up to go to the number two spot. Chris McGaha's incremental times: 60ft-0.991 sec., 330ft-2.770, 660ft-4.269/165.54 mph, 1,000ft-5.543.

Kramer is right there with him to go to the number four spot. Deric Kramer's incremental times: 60ft-0.989 sec., 330ft-2.767, 660ft-4.256/164.97 mph, 1,000ft-5.545.

Left Lane: Mason McGaha Runs 6.639/207.53, Now #6
Right Lane: Troy Coughlin Jr. Runs 6.584/206.57, Now #1

McGaha with a good pass to the number six spot. Mason McGaha's incremental times: 60ft-1.000 sec., 330ft-2.781, 660ft-4.269/165.25 mph, 1,000ft-5.553.

Coughlin Jr. kept it hooked up to go to the number one spot. Troy Coughlin Jr.'s incremental times: 60ft-0.972 sec., 330ft-2.739, 660ft-4.221/165.74 mph, 1,000ft-5.502.

Left Lane: Kyle Koretsky Runs 6.572/208.07, Now #1
Right Lane: Matt Hartford Runs 6.606/207.50, Now #4

Koretsky launched hard and kept it hooked up to go to the number one spot. Kyle Koretsky's incremental times: 60ft-0.976 sec., 330ft-2.741, 660ft-4.219/166.23 mph, 1,000ft-5.495.

Hartford to the number four spot with a real nice pass. Matt Hartford's incremental times: 60ft-0.984 sec., 330ft-2.758, 660ft-4.243/165.54 mph, 1,000ft-5.525.

Left Lane: Dallas Glenn Runs 6.592/208.49, Now #4
Right Lane: Erica Enders Runs 6.588/206.29, Now #3

Glenn with a good looking pass to go to the number four spot. Dallas Glenn's incremental times: 60ft-0.984 sec., 330ft-2.751, 660ft-4.232/166.01 mph, 1,000ft-5.512.

Enders kept it hooked up and straight down the groove to the number three spot. Erica Enders' incremental times: 60ft-0.973 sec., 330ft-2.738, 660ft-4.222/165.60 mph, 1,000ft-5.505.

Left Lane: Aaron Stanfield Runs 6.635/205.72, Now #11
Right Lane: Greg Anderson Runs 6.607/207.24, Now #7

Stanfield with a nice pass to the number 11 spot. Aaron Stanfield's incremental times: 60ft-0.984 sec., 330ft-2.764, 660ft-4.268/158.41 mph, 1,000ft-5.546.

Anderson stright down the groove to the number seven spot. Greg Anderson's incremental times: 60ft-0.985 sec., 330ft-2.751, 660ft-4.236/165.38 mph, 1,000ft-5.522.
