CHANDLER, Ariz. - Funny Car veteran, Tommy Johnson Jr. added a trophy to his collection at the 36th annual NHRA Arizona Nationals at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park in front of a sold out crowd on Sunday. Sunday's win marks Johnson's 18th career Funny Car win and his second in Phoenix.

Steve Torrence (Top Fuel) and Erica Enders (Pro Stock) also took home wins in their respective categories at the second of 24 events on the 2020 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series schedule.

Tommy Johnson Jr., Dodge Charger, 3.883 seconds, 326.40 mph defeated Jack Beckman, Charger, 6.156 seconds, 119.31 mph.

Tommy Johnson Jr. raced to victory at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park when he defeated Jack Beckman in the final round.

Steve Torrence, 3.679 seconds, 321.27 mph defeated Doug Kalitta, 4.052 seconds, 218.90 mph.

Top Fuel champ Steve Torrence returned to competition on Sunday and nabbed his first win of 2020 at the NHRA Arizona Nationals.

Erica Enders, Chevy Camaro, 6.531 seconds, 210.44 mph defeated Bo Butner, Camaro, 6.606 seconds, 209.33 mph.

Reigning Pro Stock champ Erica Enders took home the win Sunday when she beat Bo Butner in the final round at the NHRA Arizona Nationals.
