Bode was on a decent pass, gets out of the groove, then crosses the centerline about 600 feet out and takes out a timing cone. this is his first centerline infraction this year and it will cost him five points. Left Lane: Cruz Pedregon Runs 4.003/311.49, Now #10; Best prior run: 4.103/248.29, Was #15 Right Lane: Terry Haddock Runs 7.940/87.99, Now #19; No Prior Run Haddock did not make a run in the first session. Haddock gets about 200 feet out, rattles the tires and backs off the throttle. Pedregon makes a full pass and improves to the tenth spot. Left Lane: Paul Lee Runs 13.151/86.22, Now #15; Best prior run: 4.061/312.42, Was #15 Right Lane: Dale Creasy Jr. Runs 4.085/308.07, Now #16; Best prior run: 4.167/301.81, Was #18 Not sure what happened here. The tree comes down and lee just idles down the track. Creasy goes down the groove with a full pass and gets in the show on the bump spot. Left Lane: Justin Schriefer Runs 4.261/239.82, Now #15; Best prior run: 4.056/305.01, Was #14 Right Lane: Blake Alexander Runs 3.959/325.22, Now #5; Best prior run: 4.139/292.39, Was #17 Schriefer was on a decent pass, drifted to the right, then clicked it off as he neared the centerline. Alexander goes right down the groove with a good pass, tying his career best ET and setting a career best speed. to move up to the fifth spot. Left Lane: Jim Campbell Runs 8.685/75.63, Now #14; Best prior run: 4.055/314.75, Was #14 Right Lane: Matt Hagan Runs 7.540/87.38, Now #12; Best prior run: 4.004/318.24, Was #12 0-for-2 on this one. Campbell loses traction at the hit and backs off the throttle. Hagan makes it a few feet further and clicks it off. Langdon goes right down the groove with a good pass and he moves all the way to the second spot. Left Lane: Jack Beckman Runs 4.013/316.75, Now #4; Best prior run: 3.940/325.92, Was #3 Right Lane: J.R. Todd Runs 3.907/327.74, Now #2; Best prior run: 3.956/323.12, Was #5 Todd goes right down the groove with an impressive pass and he moves up to the second spot. Beckman was right with Todd for the first 300 feet or so, then started falling behind and did not improve. Left Lane: Ron Capps Runs 3.933/324.05, Now #1; Best prior run: 3.893/326.00, Was #1 Right Lane: Tommy Johnson Jr. Runs 7.265/85.34, Now #5; Best prior run: 3.951/323.04, Was #5 Capps is able to navigate the track and make the second quickest pass of the round. John son has traction problems early and clicks it off.
