Januik was off the throttle just before the finish. Burkart makes a very good pass and he moves on to round three. Phil Burkart's incremental times: 60ft-0.950 sec., 330ft-2.474, 660ft-3.648/212.49 mph, 1,000ft-4.647.

McCosh was a little loose on the top half of the track and he lifted early. Scott makes a good pass, and he'll give lane choice to Burkart in round three.

Cox lost traction on the hit. Bellemeur makes another very strong pass, the 9th quickest in Top Alcohol Funny Car history. Sean Bellemeur's incremental times: 60ft-0.938 sec., 330ft-2.425, 660ft-3.579/215.10 mph, 1,000ft-4.560. This round win clinches the 2018 TAFC National Championship for him!

Marshall left a little too early. Bohl was all over his lane on this pass, but he still got win. He'll give lane choice to Bellemeur in round three.
