This is Todd's fifth final round this year and the seventh of his career in Funny Car.

This is Hight's seventh final this year and the 71st of his career.

Hight is 4 - 3 against Todd in prior events and Todd is 1 - 0 against Hight in prior final rounds.

Hight gets the advantage off the line and starts pulling away. Todd starts to make up a little ground past the 330 foot mark but Hight hangs on to take his fourth win this year, the 45th of his career, and the fourth time he has won this race.
